Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange but can offer an upgrade where applicable (to certified, used or refurbished computer systems).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Services performed on your purchased items are not returnable or refundable. All services performed are final.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Keyboards and Mice
- Downloadable software products
- Subscription Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if we can not locate it for you. Cash payments may be returned to you via check, Zelle or other means at our discretion and may have a hold until original payment has cleared. Refunds may take up to 30 days and are subjected to anti-fraud protections.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Shipping and Pickup charges are not refundable.
- Pickup or Drop Fees will be deducted from your purchase refund price for refunds. Exchanges will not incur Pickup or Drop Fee on the returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible. All credits will apply to any outstanding invoices 1st, before balance of refund will be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged at time of delivery or your not satisfied. Your exact item may not be available for exchange. We will attempt to replace with like item in speed and capacity. We offer upgrade options on your exchange should your needs change. A backup may be needed to put your current information onto an exchange computer. Please check Image and File Backup Rates, or call to discuss before returning your item. There may also be a re-programing fee to make your current backup work on the exchange computer. Please call to discuss anticipated processes and you will get a written estimate. Email us: info @ ohcb.com with your name and the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the Subject. We reserve the right to not offer an exchange, but instead refund your item.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should contact us first and get a confirmation/approval before mailing your product back to us. Failure to do so, may have your item marked return to sender and your shipping will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
